Children in Worship
Infants and children are always welcomed in Worship! If the parent feels uncomfortable that their child's presence is becoming a distraction there is a "Quiet Room" at the back of the Sanctuary. From there, parents may continue to participate in Worship as the room has a large window looking out into the Sanctuary, the sound is piped in, and there are a couple of very comfortable chairs!

Congregational Leadership Rev. Stephen L. Hodges
Reverend Stephen L. Hodges is nearing his 5th year at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church. Pastor Steve, as he prefers to be called, has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, a Master of Arts in Organic Chemistry, and a Master of Divinity from Union Presbyterian Seminary, Richmond, VA. Pastor Steve’s pastoral experience spans 22 years as a solo pastor in Virginia and Pennsylvania,
